6" Diameter Hand blown glass fishing floats ( balls ) can be traced back to the 1840's. They were tied to the fisherman's nets to keep them afloat. Glass was an economical method of supporting the nets and offered plenty of buoyancy. We sell hand blown reproductions of traditional fishing floats in many colors and sizes.
