We want you to be completely satisfied with your new home decor items. If you are unsatisfied with your new purchase, please call us at (772) 216-2953, or email us. We will accept returns up to 30 days from the arrival date of your product. Customer pays return shipping on items being returned due to non defects. Items that are damaged or defective, will be picked up by our shipping carrier and paid for by Tropical Wall Art. Please package items in the original box used in shipping your product. Credit will be a business check for the purchase price. Our Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Items damaged in return shipping are nonrefundable and must be taken up with your shipper.

Shipping is $9.99 per order, with a shipping address in the lower 48 states (USA).

Shipping will be Federal Express (FedEx) Ground or United States Postal (USPS), from our warehouse. Merchandise should arrive 5-7 days after you place your order online. FedEx ground makes deliveries on Saturdays.

For faster shipping, we use Federal Express (FedEx) Air.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders, extra shipping costs will apply. We will email you shipping costs before charging your Credit Card. You can then approve or cancel your order.

What a beautiful piece this Cattleya Orchid (CA187NAT) is! The detail in the petals as well as the "moss" on the branches really adds to the demension of the wall art. The colors are true to the picture and very realistic. Allthough it is listed as "out of stock", you can contact the owner of the store and he will attempt to make arrangements to have one made for you, as he did for me. Well worth the wait.
